The Greatest Story Ever Told

A man takes one giant leap of faith
A man runs through a field of savages with only a sword in his hand
A woman brings new life into this world
A woman rides her horse to defend her faith
A young soul fights his battle of pain
A boy hides in his closet of shame
A girl sleeps with the nightmare of touches and screams
A child listen weeps with the sound of shattering voices
The music man sings and plays his melody
The poet writes
The painter with his brush, creates his masterpiece
Together, they fight for their art 

The greatest story that has ever been told is of a human being that fought his battle and at the end (dead or alive) gained victory, but not because of killing thousands of other people or because he/she saved a whole village or town. He/She gained victory by standing up for what they believe in and for others. He/She shed blood, sweat and tears just to give people [through out time] the feeling and image of hope, love, faith, and strength. There is only one great story.

We need to understand that we need to go through our most difficult, near death, agonizing experiences to ever gain victory. We need to know that this happens because every great hero in the past did it. We don’t need to ride our horses or hold guns to make ourselves heroes. Our own battles and fighting our way through it is our own great story. There is a hero in each and every one of us and we need to fully grasp that fact. That is YOUR great story.

Us, human beings, WE are the greatest story ever told. There are some of us who are still going through the story and i’m not kidding when I say this, some of us have NOT hit the climax of our stories (remember that our stories can last a lifetime). We need to fight through these battles and at the end do it to give the rest of humanity the story of hope, love, faith, and strength.
